31st October, 2023 –– Formula Consultants, a leader in providing storage management solutions and professional services to Unisys customers worldwide announces a combination with Formula.Monks, to significantly expand the capabilities and client base of both organizations. Working together Formula.Monks and Formula Consultants are now part of S4 Capital plc, the tech-led, new era digital advertising, marketing and technology services company.

Formula Consultants was founded in 1978 by Joe Dale. Headquartered in Anaheim, California, with a team of technology experts, Formula Consultants works with clients such as United Airlines, Arconic, Manulife – Japan, Lloyds, Carnival Cruise Lines and several large public sector clients, providing important operational infrastructure.
